My goals for karate in 2014 are to improve these things:
- moving basics (especially step-double step and step-slide)
- concentrate on executing the technique in kata
- focus on relaxing and breathing
- Bunkai
- Kicks (especially mawashi-geri)
- Be flexible enough to do chinese splits by the end of the year
In addition, I plan to make a point of doing something each day to improve my left side speed and dexterity.
